Our doctors are comfortable treating foreign patients from all nations and cultures around the globe, and contacting a doctor through the service of the call a doc call centre is free of charge. The associated doctors are not necessarily members of call a doc, so that the independence between service contractor and service are guaranteed.
What does it cost to use the call a doc referral service?
call a doc is a non-profit association. The referral services for the patients are free. When calling call a doc the caller is charged 0.14 €/ per minute via a telephone charge when calling from the conventional telephone network in Germany. Fees will be charged for the treatment you receive, but the referral to the doctor is free.
